Please note that these are for reference only, just to get a glimpse.
It’s better to stand out by making your own depending on your location/activity/trending policies etc.:

Important: eBay doesn’t like policies in description at all. My opinion is to put just some few clarifications that might help customers understand.

 

(more personal e.g. for handmade)

• I use different suppliers across the US to ensure your item is delivered as fast as possible.
• I also provide you with a tracking number on most of the items so that you can feel confident and comfortable with your purchase. If the item is too small it will not have a tracking number.
• NO shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Box, APO/FPO.
• I regret that I cannot combine shipping and there is no local pickup.

• Returns are accepted only if the item is defective or not working properly. 
• Do NOT return the item before contacting us. ALL returns MUST include a Return Authorization Number provided by me. After you have reported a problem, please wait for your Authorization Number. As specified before I use multiple suppliers and everyone has a different Return Process so for that reason you must contact me first to receive the proper documentation and instructions.
• Please READ the Title and Description CAREFULLY. We sell BRAND NEW items. We do not accept returns due to Buyer Mistakes.
• Our prices may change due the offer and demand in the market. I do not accept returns based on prices.

Delivery

1. We will ship all orders within 3 business days of payment.
   Please Note : Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday) Weekends & Federal holidays excluded.Please note: Orders will normally be fulfilled from stock within our own warehouse. However, if necessary, a 3rd party supplier may be utilized at our discretion.
   Notice: There might be slight colour deviation due to different displays.2. On occasions we may use a 3rd party to supply our customers orders, it is likely that the 3rd parties logo may be on the packaging.

   3. By placing an order, you are agreeing that your delivery information may be shared with our supplier to fulfil your order.

 

Returns

1. All items qualify for returns within 30 days of receipt.2. Returns accepted only for damaged / defective items. Any returns other than damaged items accepted and the buyer pays return shipping.3. Please be sure this is an item you want before making your purchase.

   4. Customer Satisfaction is our TOP priority!

   5. All items are IN STOCK at time of listing.

   6. Inventory on eBay changes constantly and it is impossible to maintain a perfectly accurate count of all items.

   7. Please do not penalize us if we have to issue you a refund.

   8. All customers can return unused or unopened single products for a refund within 30 days from the original date of purchase.Including any paperwork, instruction manuals, etc.

   9. Original shipping and/or return shipping fees are not included in any refund.

   10.We accept returns. All items must be returned in the exact same condition that they were received, in the exact same box the item came in.

 

Terms & Conditions

1. We ship to the Lower 48 States only (Does NOT include Hawaii or Alaska or PO Boxes) and we cannot combine shipping and there is no local pick up.2. We don’t ship to PO boxes or APO/BFPO’s.3. Please have Complete Name, Correct Shipping Address, and Contact Phone on Payment Invoice.

   4. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect shipping address. Once the tracking number is received from our warehouse, it will appear in your eBay/Paypal account and an email will be sent to the email address on file with eBay.

   5. We use several suppliers from across the country.

   6. Please make sure that your physical address & email address on file is up to date and valid.

   7. Please Note … Since computer monitors vary in color / the actual color of the item may differ from what’s shown on your computer screen.

   8.Please note we will only ship to the address on your eBay account.
   Make sure you will be able to collect the item at your eBay address.

We cannot ship to PO boxes or APO’s.

We cannot combine shipping.

All items will be shipped directly to you from our supplier within 1-3 business days. Most items are delivered within 3-5 business days, however, please allow 3-10 business days. Arrival dates provided by eBay is an estimate.

Returns & Issues:

• For large items shipping via Freight you will need to provide a valid phone number for the Freight Company to call and schedule a delivery time
• Sometimes, heavy & multiple part items, might be shipped in more than one packages.

All items are in stock when they are listed. Inventory is tracked and updated regularly. However, if demand exceeds our supply , we will give the customer the following options: Full refund. Have  the  item back ordered and shipped when it becomes available. We will offer other items in similar style and quality. Your purchase of the item implies you agree to this policy.

 

We sometimes have merchandise for sale that has not yet been received at our distribution center, or that has sold out and is being restocked. You can still order these items to reserve your favorite color or size, and we’ll ship them to you as soon as supplies are replenished.

Our items are being stored and fulfilled by third party warehouses and manufacturers throughout the United States . The most appropriate return location will be determined by the respective warehouses or manufacturers, depending on your location and product types. Please note that the return shipping location may differ from the return address stored on eBay.
